Section I: Rules and Bylaws

Section 1:1 Prospects and patched members
-All prospects and patched members must keep As-Worldwide Mc as active crew at all times no eceptions..

- WHILE A MEMBER OF AS WORLDWIDE MC U CAN NOT BE A MEMBER OF ANY OTHER MC.. ONCE U ARE AS WORLDWIDE THE ONLY WAY OUT IS TO MEET YOUR MAKER... NO ECEPTIONS..

- ALL PROSPECT AND PATCHED MEMBERS- IF  THERE MEMBERS ONLINE U MUST PLAY WITH YOUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND NO OTHERS..
- Must be active on or in group chat on KIK OR SOCIAL CLUB and online..
- We are about loyalty or motto is  RIDE HARD KILL FIRST AS WORLDWILD LIVES FOREVER.. DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR.. live by it and show it..
-Must protect your fellow brother or sister at all cost..
-ABSOLUTELY No killing our your fellow brother or sister. (Will not be tolerated) unless both party's know..
-Remember we are an outlaw mc act like it.. Ride hard. Kill first As-worldwide never dies we just go to hell and regroup..

Section 1:2 Motorcycle Qualification
Bikes Allowed
- In order for anyone to be considered for a Prospect patch you must be able to ride and maintain total control of at least one of the following.
- Western Bagger
- Western Daemon
- Western Sovereign
- LCC Hexer
- LCC Innovation

Section II: Prospecting

Section 2.1: Criteria for Being a Prospect

- You must meet all of the following to become a Prospect.

- Must have KIK
- Own and Ride any of the Motorcycles mentioned in Section 1.2
- Be able to accurately shoot a gun
- Mix well with the Patched Members of the MC
- Take direction and orders without question while Prospecting.
- Be ready to Learn and Honor the values of As-worldwide Mc..

Section 2.2 Regulations of being a Prospect

- Once Accepted as a Prospect of As-worldwide Mc you must be ready to go whenever you are online. If you are not it lessens the likely hood of you being patched in.

- Pospects cannot get tattoos of the As-worldwide Mc Club Logo. Breaking this rule results in loss of Prospect Patch and whatever else the members want to throw in.

- Prospects cannot put the As-worldwide Mc Logo on any cars they own or their Motorcycle. Failure to obey this rule WILL result in destruction of the vehicle and Loss of Prospect Patch

- Prospects cannot wear the Clubs sacred emblem on their back. They can wear it on the front of a shirt but anyone seen wearing the As-worldwide Mc Logo that is not a patched member of As-worldwide Mc will be beaten.

- Prospects Cannot Attack other members unless it is self-defense (Ex. Member is repeatedly killing the Prospect) Or the member and the prospect are having a friendly fist fight.

Section 2.3 Minimum Age Requirement

- Affective July 8, 2015 All future prospects must be at least 16 years of age.

Section 2.4 Microphone

- Affective July 8, 2015 All future members must have a working microphone. Any and all prospects and patched members without microphones that joined prior to this date are exempt.

Section 2.5 Sponsorship

- Before becoming an official As-worldwide Mc Prospect there must be a Patch Holding member willing to step up and teach the rules of the Club, About who we are and What is means to be a As-Worldwide Mc Member. This member will report to the Chapter in Church about the Prospects Progress and to the President and Vice President of this Mc chapter at various times.

Section III Voting

Section 3.1 Options in a Vote

- In a Club vote you have two (2) Options
Yay = Yes to the vote on the table
Nay = No to the vote on the table

Section 3.2 Times a Vote can be held

- Votes can be held in Church which is on Fri/Sat Nights at 7:00 PM EST (Eastern United States Time)

Section 3.3 Types of Voting:

Officers Challenge-
-Calling a vote for a new person in an officers position, Must state a reason why and have another member of the club Second it, We vote this in Church only. Member who called the Officers Challenge must get majority to receive the position - All Members must vote.
- Can only be called if.
- Officer is failing to complete their duties.
- Abuse of Power.
- Officer is putting the club in danger

Pulling Patches-
-This type of vote can only be called by the President or Vice President whom bring charges against another Patch Holding Member of the Club to call this vote the President or V. President must be able to show that the accused have broken the Clubs rules. After the President or V.P. finish the accused must leave the meeting (Chat Room) While the other members vote. Requires a majority vote all members must vote This Vote can be called in Church or in an Emergency Meeting

Patching Someone In-
-This is How Prospects become Patch Holders in this Club. Any patch holder can nominate someone to be patched after they complete the minimum 1 week prospecting period. Is voted in Church. All Members must vote "Yay" for the Prospect to be patched

Section IV Member Killing Another Member

Initial Charges-
-If a member kills another member he will be brought to the club to have a vote taken on whether he will be thrown out of the Club or not. Both parties will have a chance to speak with the Sgt at Arms keeping everyone in check.

Pulling Patches-
-The member will be asked to leave to session or chat room so a vote can take place. All members attending the meeting must vote "Yay" (See Section III) In order for the member to lose his membership regardless of rank. If it is the President of the chapter that is being accused the Vice President will run the meeting and then the Club in the event the President is thrown out.

Meeting Your Maker-
Commonly referred to as a Death Penalty Vote. In the event the member loses his patch another vote will be taken to "Kill" the member In the event this happens we will shoot the member in Game and have him leave. The now "Dead" member will no longer be allowed to associate with As- Worldwide Mc or their Allies and cannot have contact with the members of As-Worldwide Mc or there Allies. "Killing" a depatched Member can only be done by the President of the Chapter. If it is the President being "Killed" then the Vice President will shoot.
 

Ptched Member/Prospect  Probation-

IF RULES AND BYLAWS ARENT FALLOWED THERE WILL BE A MEETING HELD AND VOTE TAKEN IF U ARENT VOTED TO BE DEPATCHED AND MEET YOUR MAKER AND CLULB MEMBERS DECIDE TO PUT U ON PROBATION THE TIME U ARE ON PROBATION U CAN NOT WARE  OFFICAL PATCH OR PROSPECT PATCHAND U MUST RIDE A PINK FAGGIO AN WARE THE OUTFIT OF CHOICE {CHOSEN BY MEMBERS} UNTILL PROBATION PERIOD IS OVER.. FAILURE TO COMPLY  CALLS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND BEING BAND FROM MC..

Section V Tattoo's and Other Identifying Markings

Tattoo's-
-Tattoo's are to be acquired within 2 Day's of becoming a member. Member's must get the Crew Emblem anywhere on their body. Prospects cannot wear Club Tattoo's.

Emblem on Vehicle's-
-Members are not required to get the emblem on their Bike or on their Car's but it is optional. Prospects cannot display the emblem anywhere.

Section VI Modding and Hacking

Modder's and Hacker's-
-Members of As-Worldwide Mc are not allowed to Mod or Hack Grand Theft Auto Online, Grand Theft Auto V (Commonly referred to as GTAV or GTA5) or any Video Game or Gaming Console. In the event a member is caught in the act by another member they will be brought to the table and their patch will be pulled and a Meet Your Maker vote will be taken. (Brings band name and vibe to mc)
- Being invited to a modded lobby created by a non club member is excepted..

Section VII Ranking

7.1- Rankings and Power-
-Although Officers do technically outrank regular members all As-Worldwide Mc members are equal. The newest patch holder has the same power as the Chapter President.
-Make sure if u have a problem with prospects or other patched members to fallow the chain of command..
